This place surprised me after I went up there, it was way more than just a top floor of the building, I m at the highest spot of the city and I can see the best view of quebec with the St. Lawrence river
Good value because it's cheap. Might be the best place for a 360 degree view but the main direction to look is probably more magnificent from the citadel. Part of the exhibit said "the St Lawrence River leads to the Great Lakes and the mythic Mississippi". I guess that could be true in a sense but the Mississippi isn't linked to that water system. Kind of like how Mexico leads to Canada. Don't worry about the land in-between.
Really nice place with amazing views, I went on a clear day and could really appreciate the city from every angle. There are interactive maps that tell you more about some of the buildings which is nice. I went at the beginning of my trip, so it helped me get a layout of the land and see other interesting places to visit.
I also liked a lot the historic facts that appear throughout the place.

I went on New Year's Eve and I was the only person so I was really able to take my time. The interactive screens were very cool to learn from while you're staring out at the sites!
There are also long histories written down the entire wall in French and English which were pretty neat.

It really was worth to see the view of all Quebec City, from the mountains to the North, the port to the East and the river to the South. They provide a great history of Quebec and Canada as you do a 360 degree tour of the city.
An absolute must! If you visit Quebec then don’t miss this experience! Fantastic!
Great place to go for a quick history of Québec and a 360 view of the city! Made it easy to see the fortified city and it’s importance on the St. Lawrence. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Excellent views of the city. The interactive tablets are really helpful and provide information about important buildings/structures in the city. There are curious statistics at the end of the tour.
Tallest tower in Quebec City offering 360 views of the city. Great place to visit to learn about Quebec City and some history as well.
A very soothing and informative experience, perfect for first-time visitors to the city. It can be a quick walk or a pretty long visit if you care to read all of the fact panels. If the weather is on your side, you'll get marvelous views from all sides of the building.
Great place to visit with a nice Weather, great to take a quick image of the city.
You need to make reservation online and the ticket increases to $14.75 per person.
The view is great but if there are more English descriptions, that would be better.

Wonderful views! I went in 2012. It gives you a 360 degree view of the city and surrounding areas. If I remember correctly, it was about $10 to access. I highly recommend it. It gives a great overview of where my ancestors lived and why they picked this area to settle. You can see for many miles in all directions. Nice view of the layout of the Citadel and of the Quebec Bridge. Lots to see in the immediate area also.
