This particular branch is always arranged and npt messy inspite of its busy crowd.
Plenty of staff around.
Since outside parking is always a challenge. It is alqays a good idea to park at the basement right away.
Tabby pay is also welcomed here.

Very poor and bad sales service from the staff. Who attended for the alteration from the cashier is unprofessional.
Five stars for the sales person Mr. Sanjay. He was very helpful.

I had a very bad experience with centre point in oasis center alqouz I bought a foundation Cz I had a function since it was not my first time buying from them I trusted them and guess what I fly to a different country excited to use my foundation at the function and it was empty as in EMPTY I couldn’t fly to dubai again to complain or have it replaced immediately…. I reached the same branch to tell them about my situation and to my suprise the Filipino sales ladies in black where only speaking in there language in my presence which was very disrespectful,if a customer is placing there concern don’t add the pain by speaking in Tagalog it’s very disrespectful and disgusting….will never buy from there again😡😡very disrespectful
Bad and arrogant behaviour by your staff her name is Ina she said
Asked her if she could guide me for pants section as was unable to locate she replied in a rude manner as if it was not her job to help me. Never gonna shop this store

Bad experience with this Branch. While i am in the queue waiting for my turn to the counter. Morning 11:35 am March 27, 2023. The Lady Cashier, there are 2 Arabs National took my turns. The cashier never said anything about the queue policy. I feels disappointed and discriminated.
There is no good customer service and queue etiquette. #neveragain
