Yay, Catholic Charities! If they're not giving us food and clothing they're giving us gift cards!. Merry Merry!

Just left this office and the young lady Genesis whom greeted me, was very warm and helpful with informing the person who she said would help me, even though I never got my calls answered in order to make an appointment which I understood was protocol. When the individual, whose name was Willy came out to the waiting area, he asked me a few questions and was giving disgusting looks and you could see he was making assumptions and opinions within himself as if that should affect qualifying. He was building a narrative in his mind instead of actually listening to the actual situation and asking constructive questions. He was completely off-putting, put words in my mouth and said there was nothing that could be done and how I “feel doesn’t matter”, that No help could be provided and he offered up no other resources or networks that could possibly help either. Dead end. He truly does not belong there collecting pay for doing zero work and being flippant, unhelpful, ignorant, presumptuous and cold on top of unprofessional!! Willy gives the charity a terrible reputation and name. He should work in something automated and not with human beings or animals for that matter, Nothing living and breathing!

The worker they is a power tripping man l. He wants you to totally submit to him and him alone. He thinks he runs the place and he personally is giving you. I am going to make a formal complaint about his treatment.
