Have to use an app that requires selecting a time in advance then assigns you a spot, so you can't use it if you've already parked. Also just generally poorly designed and dirty and sinister
DANGEROUS SCAM! Parked my car here and when I came back for it late at night I couldn’t get back into the garage to retrieve my car. Called the help line and no call back. Was waiting on the streets of DC in the middle of the night for hours.
Wouldn't even let us in and out. We had to find someone to save us both ways. First going in we scanned our phone and it said "access granted" but then wouldn't open the garage. Then the same thing happened when we tried leaving except this time they didn't have an attendee On call to help us. We waited 50 minutes!! Thankfully a lovely man named Tim (who works there but not specially in the garage) happened to come past and helped us. Pay a little more on SpotHero and park in a better functioning garage!
Picked this one up via Spothero. Hidden location down a ramp that looks like a dead-end, but the address is correct. Really dirty and smelly but great location and price. Park close to the entrance, because you have to walk back up the way you drove in - no stairs or elevator.
