AVOID AT ALL COST. Alex @coinbaseprofit and Elliot "Get Rich in Real Estate" are well known in the NYC real estate scene as unscrupulous, untrustworthy, mega-hustlers who brag about the mostly minority clients that they have taken advantage of. There is a reason they constantly need to change the name of their company every few years. They continue a pattern of shady, unethical practices, truly relish any opportunity to line their pockets with a bogus 'settlement'. If you are reading this I would recommend you reach out to the Better Business Bureau to see their long track record. There are many of hardworking honest NYC real estate brokers; these brother are not one of them.
I've been working with Elliot and Alexander for several years as their photographer and couldn't recommend them high enough. Very courteous and professional.
Experienced and knowledgeable!!! Great customer service. Happy to rent and buy with Broadway Realty. Professional and well connectednesses differentiate them from other agents
I first met Elliot Bogod while at the courthouse on an separate real estate matter. We struck up a conversation and I was very impressed with Elliot's comprehensive understanding of the New York City real market and the practical and legal aspects surrounding my own case (Elliot was not involved in my case). My law partner and I were immediately struck by his solid grasp of the issues and the solutions he recommended; we ultimately ended up settling the case along the lines of a resolution that Elliot recommended that day. Elliot is on my short list of NYC real estate experts. His knowledge, analysis, and communication skills are unsurpassed. Elliot knows his stuff and I would happily recommend him to anyone involved in a NYC real estate transaction.
Highly Recommended!
A friendly, ultra-professional real estate company with a very distinct collection of exclusive luxury properties in some of the greatest neighborhoods of Manhattan and other high-end areas of greater New York. Most highly recommended!
