A very interesting museum that I stumbled upon - €2 entry fee.
Very interesting examples from German customs over the years and the way in which people attempt to smuggle items into the country.
Some very unique pieces.

The museum is great, full of interesting artifacts and at just €2 it is fantastic value for money. Around 30 to 60 mins to go around. My only issue was the lack of translated material and my poor German skills making it hard to understand a lot of the information. I also found the staff a bit cold, but this may have been part of bringing the ambience of a customs check?

Nice little museum for just 2 euro entrance. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

Such a lovely little museum! For the price of only 2 EUR, you get the full overview of German Customs.
I particularly enjoyed part od the history after WWII and exponats on the ground floor on how the illegal goods were smuggled.

However, it would be great if more content (especially history related one) was available in english too!

Am here right now. No AC. 2€ admission. Interesting exhibitions but very limited English information. Very clean restrooms. Not mind spending a good hour here. 2 floors. Very slow today (Thursday).

Really cool museum for only 2 euros!
It has some interactive games and a historical overview throughout the most important periods of germany. On weekends is a bit busy but you should spend 1 hour here.

A very nice museum, would totally recommend a visit. Shows the history and present scenario of custom duties in Germany and Europe.
One can spend between 1 to 2 hours in the museum and the entry costs only 2€ which is totally worth it!

Very interesting and cool little museum - it doesn't sound inviting, but really - it's well worth it, 10 mins walk from Spitalerstrasse - the best €2 you'll spend. Thank me later.
