The room we had was nice and comfortable. Even the bathroom was nice. The only problem was the location for me. I didn’t use the shuttle but I did had to back of the hotel and up an incline to have another hotel take me to New York for $3.25 which was worth it. But not the walk up there and when we came back we had to be dropped off and a 12 minute walk. We didn’t mind the exercise but honestly it was exhausting after walking around New York. Staff were nice and pleasant and the breakfast was good
The hotel is great, but be aware of $15 toll each way when going to NYC. The breakfast is very good, but croissants are limited 1/person and the amount of croissants is limited. Say, you come to breakfast in the last hour - there's about 0.5 hour wait in line to get to breakfast, and then, there are no croissants left. This is upsetting. Otherwise, the food is great - beat hotel breakfast we've ever had. Rooms are clean and convenient. There is a bus station couple minutes away, so that's very convenient. Thank you!
It was a really nice looking hotel. The rooms were very nice looking. Modern and chic. But many things didn’t work, like our heater didn’t work at first, hairdryer died in the middle of use, outlets were loose and the laundry in the hotel was really outdated. Also the breakfast wasn’t good, there was barely anything to eat. But it was really nice for the price.
Nice staff, great price for location, I get the impression the property is undergoing renovations at the moment which I wish them the best of luck with. Windows in rooms need to be addressed but other than that I enjoyed the stay, good sized rooms and everything you need really that you'd expect. Would use again if visiting new York city for a stay. If the shuttle bus does not suit then there are plenty of new jersey city buses a short walk around the corner and they are very regular 24hours a day from the port authority bus terminal. About $3.50 per person one way !
The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Good option for budget travelers.

The room was spacious. The room service did a good job - they changed the towels even though we had not asked for it (did not keep it down).
The breakfast menu was very nice -plenty of options to choose from. Even my daughter liked the food.
The carpet in the room was pretty old and would do better with some cleaning.
The seating capacity of the breakfast area is limited. There will be wait time if you are a little late. Also, the breakfast starts from 7:00 am which could happen a little earlier, especially for the early risers/travelers.

This hotel is undergoing interior renovation. The room look great and are very clean. They have a shuttle service to and from times square. Only $12 to $15 per person. A great deal. The employee s were very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. A great value for the price. The neighborhood is not that great but it is a good option if you plan on spending the day or weekend in NYC.
The hotel is very good. The location is great, just 20 minutes from Times Square. They have a shuttle service very good and convenient. The hotel room was clean, tide and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. The room smells was great. The check in was probably the faster I ever had. It took about two minutes to have my room keys. Seriously!
Hotel itself was ok. Location was sketchy, and also not a convenient commute to the city. Our locked vehicle had the window broken out and stolen during the night in the parking lot. Their camera were useless due to the fact the parking lot is not well lit at all. Wouldn't stay again. Didn't feel safe.
