Good building, but very bad parking slots around it.
Place is fine agents are horrible,30000 dhs apartment,Asking 4 type of deposit which is around 6000 and the commission is asking 3000. Here usually the commission is5% and the deposit is 5%
It's affordable, accessible and has the necessary amenities that make life easy
I am owner of an Appartment and it stinks as the ventilation system doesn't work. I have tried everything and the maintenance team doesn't care. Avoid the building at all costs.
In my opinion, lakeside is the most beautiful place to live in. Because the lake 1 min away, and gym , pool, tennis court, etc.
Living since 3 years, apartments are nice. If your neighbors are nice than this place is nice otherwise it's a hard time.
Parking space is not easy, unless you are a tenant of the area.

Best place for family bcz there is every thing super market, carrefour, city centre, A beautiful Lake with walking track, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, kids park, Mosque, but only thing that dissapointed is metro station is far away but bus station is near.
I have very bad experience in this place like side c the problem of dor parking is always blocked so people they start Horning for a long time and long line of cars special night and early morning. Also the management they fine us bcs I put table and 2 chairs in my balcony to drink cafe its very sad plus the rude management

Building suffers severe maintenance issues with negligence from Damac who just care about collecting service fees while offering no services !
Its good place to live.. rents are also affordable .. you get the reserved covered parking.. more cleanliness required. People working in JLT area is very convenient for them to lice here its family accommodation. If you are looking for the studios then please have look first before you decide because size is relatively smaller than usual.
