This was a decent parking garage, my issue was our fault. We did not look at the signage properly and thought it would be $20, but since we went on a Friday, it was $30. We did not take the stairs, we walked down and back up where the cars go so we wouldn't get lost. Not too far from the entrance to Niagara Falls national park!
Absolutely terrible . You will wait an hour plus to leave. Avoid at all cost
Worst parking garage I've ever used. The stairways are disgusting. It took us over an hour to leave because traffic was backed up. Only half of the self-serve pay lanes were working.
This is worst Public Parking Facility ever. The entry sign said $20 and instead, we were charged $30. What a rip off… if you park here, be prepared to pay this exorbitant and ridiculous price…really dishonest. Where is the public oversight?

The price to park is not clear as it varies by days and hours. Its a bit confusing navigating around this garage due to lack of signs. The place is super rundown.
Agree with the older reviews. It is not clearly mentioned that parking will be $30 regardless of how long we park.
Dirty dimly lit and they don’t really tell you ahead of time the cost to park. $30 if you are there one hour or 24. Do yourself a favor and park at whatever hotel you are staying and walk.
