Great playground for kids and there's a river that runs through so you can walk through the trails and go down to the river. My kids had a wonderful day.
Amazing little park. The playground is well equipped. It has kids, adventure and water equipments which is pretty cool. Lots of picnic tables in shades. Perfect for a hot sunny day. Nice Clean Restrooms. The parking lot is small and may get busy. There are some free parking lots available after a short walk.

Super nice park to enjoy. Has a really fun playground area for the kids, including a zip line. Theres also a spray park. Has a good bike riding and walkway along side the river.
Awesome park and awesome experience
Parking was very packed and took us a minute to find a place to park but otherwise very good experience
One park to visit with your toddlers and little kids for sure

Awesome park for a great picnic plus some magnificent trees and an awesome section of grassland and a open water park. Great place to spend quality time with your children. There is so much natural beauty in this forest along with picnic tables, washrooms and a playground. The creek is super different but fun to take kids to and I believe you can even bring your own floating tube.
Water is so clear and we were able to see small fishes swimming inside. Be reminded to bring ur water shoes if you decide going. walking with bare foot hurts
it was a fun experience for little one to enjoy the nature and observe the ecosystem

A small park, but big fun. The highlight of Lions Park is the adventure playground for kids. Numerous facilities meet different needs, including slides, swings, monkey bars, seesaws, and water spray ground etc. Along Coquitlam river, the popular Traboulay PoCo Trail goes through Lions Park. A series of artworks are found here also, telling interesting stories. Parking lot and picnic tables are available.
Awesome Park. Free 3 hr. Parking. Good for everyone. Very good washrooms.
Great kids and family friendly park. There is a nice kids play area with zipline, water sprinklers, slides and lots of other things. The green area is nice for family picnics, including the gazebo shelters. Coquitlam river runs right next to the park and has easy access from the park and is a very nice place to be.
The playground in the Lions Park is one of the best in the area. Kids love the zip line, the water spray park and there’re a lot of seats for parents to rest on.
In the summer time, bring your floaty and dive into the river near the park. It’s so much fun and it’s such a great place to cool down in the hot weather.

So many amenities that kids can play. Water fountain, zip line, swings, slides, sand area. Most importantly, there are benches everywhere that parents can sit and watch their kids play. It’s just right beside the Coquitlam River, so many people come here for doing floating on the River. The water is shallow enough for kids to play, meanwhile, stones are round and safe to step without sandals. I see four tables with sun protection roofing in the park, I think it’s a nice place to do group hangout for the families with kids. Will come again :)
