One of the best bars I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable of the spirits. The drinks were great and so is the selection.
Atrocious service. Nobody to seat us. Waited 20 minutes before we were able to order. No one checked on us, had to flag someone down each time. And to top it off, they added a 22% service fee without disclosing. No signs, staff didn't say anything, and it certainly wasn't on the drinks menu. Why a bar has a service fee is beyond me. Deceptive practices. At least be upfront about the charges. And even then, maybe have a modicum of service.
All good, but they raised their prices in the last few months, and now with the automatic 22% tip and tax (charged on the total + tip), the cheapest glass of red wine costs $25. If I were there on a work trip with an expense account I'd have no complaints, but as a self-fundes happy hour spot or place to get some late night work done on my laptop, this one is now off the list.
Honestly, I expected more. The staff was nice and friendly but everything about my experience was mediocre. You're locked away in a room with a difficult and noisy door, the staff isn't in the same room so if you want to ask a question or ask for a form you have to leave the room to find them. There were a lot of gnats flying around, they didn't provide you with tongs to pick up the food. The finger foods and tea were good but not good enough to ask you to go. My recommendation is to try another place for high tea, I really enjoyed the high tea at the old mandarin oriental.
Some of the best cocktails ever with an awesome bartender. If you get Diego you will have a great experience.
We have eaten at Quadrant within the Ritz-Carlton twice for breakfast and once for a late night snack. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the decor of the restaurant is fantastic. What more could you ask for?!

We visited this establishment to celebrate a graduation. The wait staff was pleasant. The food was fresh and eye-pleasing, however a little light on flavor. The drink menu was decent, and overall it was a fine dining experience.
Don't forget to bring your wallet! Pricing definitely consistent with the Ritz-Carlton brand.
