Giant is an awesome store to shop at. Good selection of groceries, bakery items and produce. Clean well organized store with nice staff
Your produce cooler sucks.. never any kevita kombusha! Plus the regular ginger is gone! And when you have it on sale, you can't keep it stocked. Usually when things are in sale and they sell high, we keep extra in the back. Lazy. Not to mention its price went up.. just so you know, I can get these for under 3.00 at amazon and they suck at stocking too. I will reduce to one star if you dont fix this issue..APPRECIATE IT... and I run a department myself so I can talk...
I was shopping last Tuesday morning. I moved into the only checkout open that time of the day. The cashier talked on the phone the entire time she rang up my purchases. At first I thought she was speaking to me but then saw the Bluetooth device in her ear. It wouldn't have been so bad but I purchased one and a half dozen fresh donuts for work which she proceeded to bag turning them upside and on their side. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. The deli associates walk away when they see you coming. Employees don't speak to you anymore. With the prices so ridiculous anymore you'd think common courtesy would be a large part of employee training.
I like Gaint store. You know its items they have that I can get elsewhere less expensive. You usually don’t walk out of there spending $75.00 or more so when I go I stay focused on what I came for. My snacks😊
I rarely leave reviews but walking into Giant on a saturday night and seeing KELVIN in action being so HELPFUL and KIND with others put a smile on face. As someone that has worked in a similar position as him it’s rare to see an employee be as lively and helpful as him. Because of that, he should to be recognized and commended for his wonderful attitude.
Very clean and well stocked, this was my first visit to this Giant and it is as nice as could be. Meant to pick up one thing, left with a dozen, that's how it goes when everything looks so yummy 🤤
Had a little issue with the self checkout, and the attendant was right there, polite and efficient to get things moving again. I've been stuck at many self checkouts with nobody in sight, so annoying. If I'm going to do the job for them, the least they can do is keep someone nearby to assist when needed, Giant did that and more. If there wasn't a Giant much closer to my home I would be back here for sure, but mine is just as good. Giant is the best all around grocery store in my area. Love it!

I have come several times in this Giant, and every time I come this lady Patty from customer service have a big bad attitude with customers. Today I went to customer service and she was rude to my mother who is an elderly woman. You ask her something and she talks to you like you're retarded and it's not the first time. And I see her with other clients and it's the same. I think there's something wrong with her. I have talked to her manager about her and it seems like they don't tell her anything or care because she keeps acting like that.
Went in to this location and was initially impressed by the niceness of the location, before my sister and I were accuse of stealing $6 worth of cookies at self check out because of a register promt prohibiting the cookies in the bagging area. Like what? I could tell the register attendants were watching us for some reason. The guy was just really unprofessional and did not seem like someone who should have access to review cameras and override transactions just ridiculous . He had to get a manager to clearly read the 3 cookies for almost 6 dollars on the scan receipt right in front of him. Spent $50 on like 5 things, lost our buissiness.

Large selection of 'fresh' seafood. Decent prices but use their app and rewards points. Every employee is helpful and the store has the usual layout (no milk or butter right up front for quick purchase).
This was my second time visiting this brand new store in Manassas. I was extremely impressed with the service deli, bakery and seafood department. We ordered steamed spiced shrimp for dinner and Jeff steamed the shrimp with the right amount of spices. The grocery manager, Scott was extremely helpful with locating Allegro Orignal Marinade for me. Store was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this grocery store.
A very large grocery store. Very clean modernized with a large hot food section and a large Starbucks. Just check out some of the photos below. I gave it 4 stars because the prices are extremely high.
