Absolutely the best Museum in Prague! Beautiful from top to bottom. What an experience with great interactive elements and a terrific Museum store and gift shop. We loved it!

A relatively rarely visited museum of Karel Zeman, a Czech director whose importance to the world cinematography can hardly be overestimated. Together with Pavel Klushantsev, he was the creator of extremely complex and artistically sophisticated special effects, created without the use of computer graphics and artificial intelligence. Imagination and artistry without limits! And a great humanistic message! In my opinion one of the few must-see museums in Prague. In the shop you can buy a DVD/BR with all of Karel Zeman's films.

Small but nice museum with lots of interactive stuff, you can make your own animated film and star in a scene from Baron Münchhausen, etc.

So glad we visited this museum. We had no idea what it was but after passing it often when walking on Charles Bridge we decided to go in. We had not heard of Karel Zeman before but have since found his work on YouTube. The story of his work, techniques and development was wonderful. Definitely a true art form. Even as two adults visiting it was fun to be in a movie and "fly a horse". Definitely worth a visit to get to know about his amazing work.

A fun-tastic museum. So glad I found this gem. Personally learned a lot about fantasy special effects. Also about the Fabulous World of Jules Verne, and Baron Munchausen.

Not overly expensive to enter and making sure you have your family and friends with you and use the camera on your phone at every opportunity.

Who knew Karel Zeman was the founding father of many techniques in movies we see today. Very informative and interactive museum

Interesting museum but catered towards kids 12 and under. There were interactive scenes however it didn't make up for the quality of the museum. We wondered though it in less than 20 minutes.

Very nice museum. A lot of reading if you like that, but also many videos and interactive activities to keep everyone interested. Great for kids and also fot young adults who like being silly.
