6/2023 Hours of operation need updating. This location is not open at 7am. I’ve tried to go twice this week and lights are off, doors locked.

Solid coffee shop! There is a good amount of space to work/study (outlets too) or socialize. The inside is modern looking but with cool, unique touches to it.

I got the Carmanilla latte. The latte art was very nice! The drink had good flavor, but was just a tad too milky for me. I wish the coffee flavor was just a smidge bolder.

Coffee is really good and baristas are super great! I usually go a lot but the other morning I ordered an apple tart and there was mold all over it. Unfortunate for the coffee shp because it is in such a good spotand is super cute inside. You would really expect better and more fresh options as far as pastrys go.

I think there is parking behind the main entrance, I parked in some random street just fine. I enjoy the art and interior style. Tons of power outlets and its relaxing to sit at the bar.

Fairly good coffee, I got the vanilla and cinnamon latte with oat milk. They use Califia oat milk. Coffee felt more on the milky side then coffee, another shot or something to make it more balanced would be good. Beans give me west oak type flavor, which is considered a good bean but not my preference.

With the good barista, fast wifi, and plenty of outlets. I may come back to see if the coffee is better

I love going to this coffee shop! The chicken pesto sandwich is delicious and the lavender latte is my favorite hands down. The staff are always polite and greet you with a smile. Xavier is a phenomenal Barista and you can tell he takes pride in what he's serving. Not to mention the cool dry erase board with the process of coffee beans on it. You get a coffee lesson while you wait.

went here while waiting for a concert and they had us buy something to use the bathroom (understandable) and when i got the drink i ordered it wasnt blended properly and i could barely drink it. when i asked them to fix it they dumped my drink back into the blender and added more milk but no extra flavor so it tastes like i basically spent $7 for blended milk. the staff was nice and the dog was cute but it the product was disappointing

Stopped in here for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and seemed to know every customer who walked in the door by name. The cappuccino and jalapeno sausage roll I ordered were both amazing. Would definitely come back!

I’ve tried most of the third wave coffee shops in Dallas, and Land of the Thousand hills is one of my favorites. Excellent cortado, and super friendly service. Not much for food but great coffee and a very cute shop.
