People are so helpful and friendly at the store .i had a issue about discount code mae and liborio who was working at the store both of them helped me right away nicely.didnt make it complicated take care and solve the issue in a minute.thanks
Very helpful manager!!!! Guided me to exactly what I needed and helped me get the additional items I had to have per Dr’s orders….. Thank you New Balance Manager and Staff!
This store was the only one that had a black tennis skort!!! After checking everywhere. I'm so happy
Wouldn't let me make a return 8 days after my purchase, with perfect condition shoes and receipt in hand, because I didn't have the box. Now I'm stuck jumping through hoops filing a customer service request with New Balance (who continually explain they don't understand why the store wouldn't accept my return) that's quickly becoming cost ineffective.
Store was well staffed to help us find the correct fit and they accepted our return from an internet order that turned out to be the wrong size. They offer plenty of "buy one, get one half off" discounts on the less popular shoes, but not on premium NB models like the 860. For those you'll still need to shop online, preferably with a discount code in hand!
Great selection of shoes, I bought one pair and received 2nd pair 1/2 off!!
Located in Tanger Mall..Great place to shop, eat and rest, plenty of seating, food trucks, restaurants & even outdoor games

My first visit to new balance factory store. I'm greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. I took 3 boxes of shoes off shelf to try on while staff got me a larger size from stockroom. I
I didn't have to put the shoes back. It was done for me. The staff is very patient and has good customer service. I'm very pleased to see young people running a store that are very friendly and professional.

I have been looking to get into a pair of New Balance running shoes since my initial experience with New Balance's running sneaker they had the U.S. Air Force thoroughly test out. We demolished that sneaker over six months of heavy use in humid, wet, then cold conditions on track and trails. I found a match in their 993, which is similar to that initial shoe. The Tanger Outlets at National Harbor currently has BOGO 50% off. The staff at that location are super friendly and helpful. They will make sure you find the right merchandise in your size and that you get the best deal.
