The most underwhelming lounge experience to date. Mediocre at best. I wonder if the cook (not chef) has tried the rice they made, it's almost crunchy - it's not 'al-dente' it's just undercooked and bland. The only eatable food were beef brisket and creamed spinach. If you have to pay for it then just spend your money in any restaurant.
Lounge is good. Staff is attentive and friendly. It is not a big lounge it is hard to find place to sit. Amazing food though.
Comfortable but not spacious. Good view of our plane. Nice seats. Plenty of drink options. As a Kosher consumer we cannot eat anything served here. Ah well.
Utilitarian and “cozy” are the adjectives I would use to describe this lounge. Seats are comfortable enough, but get here early, otherwise you’ll be sitting on table counter chairs. Food was so-so at best and the drink selection was mediocre to decent.
A great lounge and accessible for a UA gold member flying on a purely domestic itinerary in economy. Food wasn’t amazing compared to an international business lounge or the polaris lounge, but compared to the United club, it’s head and shoulders above with a nice protein option. Had nice large juicy pieces of salmon.
The lounge is small which now I understand why they have a blackout time for Priority pass and lounge key. I was upset a bit at the beginning but the app clearly says no access between 1430 and 1730.
After 5:30 the lounge was crowed , no seat was available until 6 pm.
The food is good , clean lounge and most importantly friendly staff.
No alcohol , I was told they are waiting for a liquor license, as they changed the food provider after the pandemic . Hopefully next time I visit this lounge they would have it .

First i would like to point out that my Priority Pass didn’t work here. If you an alcoholic you would not like it here. There is no alcohol.🤣 The lounge is also super tiny. Very small compared to ones i have visited before. For the most part i was really happy i pay the $29.99 because a sandwich outside cost $19.99 and a soda $3.50 were here i had unlimited snacks, coffee, drinks, cake 😌 and nice delicious small portions of food. If you are picky and like large places and alcohol this wouldn’t be the right place for you. However i find it very nice and worth it. I was checking some reviews pictures and i saw that some that were negative had pictures of empty food and drinks. However today December 19, 2021 when i came it was fully stacked and functioning. The staff was very friendly and warmly welcoming.
