Great service, was seen on bank holiday and turned out to be a 5 minute job of fixing my space key which was stuck - and was offered service for free, would recommend to a friend and if anything else goes wrong with my laptop i will go back (Lenovo ideapad 3 laptop).
I went in the other day because I couldn’t unscrew one small screw. He did the job for me and my experience going there was really pleasant. He unscrew it for me and put the ssd in and he didn’t charge me anything. Very good service and I will definitely will go back if I have any issues. Thank you very much!!!
Can’t thank this company enough. I was driving around endlessly today trying to look for some thermal paste for my young sons new pc parts for his bday and was really unsuccessful till I called these guys. The gentleman was extremely helpful and had some spare for me to take back home. The knowledgeable and experienced he has is fantastic I actually spent over half hr chatting in the shop. Definitely recommend this place for any computer needs/queries etc thank you again
Both grandchildren had physically damaged laptops which needed professional attention. I wanted somewhere that could do a face to face repairn and these came up as nearby on a google map search. They were great from the word go and sorted and costed the issues in a day. Both machines were returned 2 days later in fantastic condition. One had to be returned for a minor issue which I did not regard as being their error which took minutes to fix. The guys were great in explaining everything and I thought the cost was very reasonable given that spare parts were required to be fitted. They will be the first call in the event of future problems. I thoroughly recommend them id if are looking for help. Very satisfied.
My pc had blue screens of death and Martin found a problem which was faulty CPU, installed new CPU for me and everything works fine now. Even took his time chating with intel support to get me new CPU. Definitely Recommend Cubit Computers to fix your pc's
Very good experience, gave me an indepth analysis of my problem and even offered multiple solutions for different prices unfortunately the laptop itself is just a bit too old and I'm probably gonna be replacing it anyway but this is no fault of the excellent support I received I would highly recommend this any day

That's literally the best place to fix your computer in derby! I had a problem with motherboard from Amazon wanted to install new CPU but was old stock so needed to upgrade flash. I visit about 15 different stores and they all turned me down because they didn't have old CPU in order to do it. Then when I come across this shop guy said that he can do it I went with exceptation that its gonna take a long time maybe leave it overnight.But no Martin stitched it up for me in 30 minutes including installing new CPU for me for fair price as well. He's genuinely a nice guy and good technician had a nice chat with him while being there. 100% recommended best service I've had so far Ty buddy.
Came in today because my HP PC was not turning on, Martin was very welcoming and even had a lovely chat with my nan which is a comforting feeling. He knew what the issue was instantly and cracked straight on with the Job and showed me it works and no issues should happen next. The total came too £45 but I had too tip him for the lovely experience and he even gave me a free usb sound stick which is perfect as I needed that! Martin is a lovely chap and will 100% be going back for whatever I need next so happy.
Michael at Cubit did a PC build for me, he went through my requirements with me until we decided the hardware for my needs. Michael was very knowledgeable and got the parts ordered and PC built within days. I am very impressed with the service offered by Cubit. Honest, reliable and excellent customer service. Cubit will be my go to place for all my computer related needs going forward. A+++
Amazing service, dropped our all-in-one PC off with the guys at lunchtime and we collected it at 10.30am the following day. PC is so much faster after they put in a SSD, thanks, one very happy customer!! Would definitely recommend to anyone having computer issues

Great service from start to finish. I know my way around computers but had been stumped on a recurring issue with my laptop. It was great that CRD took the time to talk to me personally and understand my knowledge and past attempts at repairs.
CRD had the laptop for a while and did exhaustive tests to replicate my issue, once they found and resolved it they charged me a very small fee considering the amount of time they potentially put in, which I was grateful for. They also talked me through their findings which gave me a chance to learn from them which again was much appreciated.

Had an excellent experience with computer repairs derby recently. I had an issue with a new build that I couldn't fix myself. The job was taken by Gary and was quickly resolved. The level of communication through phone call updates was second to none (especially from my previous experiences with other specialists) : I would recieve a call each step of the way to inform me the progress and what would be done next.

Laptop HDD failed on me at 2000 on Sunday Night, after being blown off by the local PC repair guy who closed at 2100 on his website as he was "only taking phone calls" I called these guys. They found someone who was able to recover all of my data about an hour later. Ordered parts in urgent and fixed it the next day for me.
Trusted Dolphin have changed my perceptions of IT repair services (for the better). I've previously had bad experiences with well-known high street retailers who sent family laptops and tablets away for weeks on end, not knowing when or if they would be repaired. This site allowed me to sit in the comfort of my own home and search for repair services within my area. Once I had found and selected a local repairer I felt at ease, as after a quick call I knew to ask for Martin at the shop and on arrival he already understood the problems I was experiencing. I received an excellent service at a competitive price, whilst also supporting a small local business. I shall definitely continue to use this site and I have recommended it to all the girls in the office.
