It was a great fun place for sure.

And

My family felt unsafe spending time there.
One feedback I have for the management is that- when I noticed a ball with used bandage in the ball pit, I put them aside and let a worker know. She said she will take care of it. Before I leave the park I noticed that the ball is untouched, I ended up taking it to the receptionist and she throw it away infront if me.
a) How often does these ball pits get cleaned?
b) Please let your staff know about bloodborn pathogens. Even after I make sure to bring it to the staff they completely ignore my request about the safety hazard.
c) This made me question the cleanliness of the place.

The baby diaper changing station in men’s room is unsafe too.
My son loves this place. He is four so he can only do some of the activities. I love that they have a 5 and under price. We can easily spend a few hours here. We have been to a couple birthday parties here and we plan to have his 5th birthday here.

They do appear to be understaffed so finding someone can sometimes be a challenge. It’s a free for all depending on the area you are at. I haven’t noticed that being an issue the times I have been there.

Pizza is decent, but you aren’t really going there for the food.
Not great. I almost bought 4 memberships but so glad I visited first. I'd hate to be stuck with this place for a year. We've been to the Franklin one a few times and this place is very junky and small in comparison.
Pros: Pretty clean, the food was decent and fast, and my 8-year-old had fun.
Cons: SO understaffed for a Friday night. We didn't get to do anything but the zip line once and it wasn't even busy. Pretty much every sign wanted you to search for a staff member. My job as a consumer is not to seek out provided services.
It didn't seem like anyone followed the rules for what bracelet level they purchased.
The only thing I was looking forward to as an adult was the VR. Of course that was inoperable.
This place is NOT at all safe for a toddler. No one follows height restrictions and the majority of kids had little to no supervision. So many incidents almost occurred with my 2 year old because staff aren't making sure kids are watched. There also isn't an area for 5 and under to safely jump.
The menu was unreadable, the Dr. Pepper was disgusting and the Bosco cheese sauce almost made me vomit.

Overall: This place is a free-for-all, unsafe for young ones, extremely understaffed, and worn equipment. This isn't fun for adults at all like it is in Franklin. I'm much more likely to just make the drive to Franklin where my kids can play safely and have plenty room to play.
First time to Mall of America. We went just to check the place out and have some food. Tuesday was a great day to visit, and nothing was crowded! We also wanted to see what there is to do so for our 4 year granddaughter, and it looks like there is plenty to keep us all busy for quite a while.
Everyone was helpful when asked. And stopping for food at Cowboy Jack's was a good choice. We had BBQ chicken ceaser salad and fried cheese curds. All was great!
I love Crayola for my family. We are local in Bloomington. The annual passes are such a great deal. I really appreciate the indoor playground. Edinborough is nice, but it is expensive for family. The zoo just doesn’t have good indoor play options. I like that you can do both quiet art activities and wild play activities at the same place. We go at least once a week - especially in winter. During the week it is not busy at all.
Amazing experience for kids, interesting things to do and play for kids, annual passes can be taken if you live in the area, enough seating space , staff is good !!
Amazing!! The most versatile and well rounded attraction at the mall of America. There is something for EVERYONE to do there. I enjoyed myself just as much, if not more, than my kids. Definitely worth the money.
So much packed into a small area! The rides were a little bit rougher than expected but still a great time! Lots of food options and stores. I recommend getting the all day pass and just going at open and making a day of it! Truly fun for all ages without a lot of thrillers.
Kids loved this park. We went on a Sunday, basically no wait for rides. Decent price. Employees were nice. Definitely will come again.
Water park is extremely fun and interactive. Definitely make time for the Flow rider and all the big slides. One stop shopping for all things kids would love like arcade, rock climbing, ropes course etc
The staff are fun and helpful and are committed to a great experience.
But the rooms are terrible and not worth the money. Very archaic and out dated rooms. The sink is in the main room, water pressure is terrible. Beds are quite uncomfortable and old, no blankets or duvets are provided. Most sheets are stained.
You are better off staying ANYWHERE ELSE and buying a day pass.
So far, my experience has been pretty good. The room is nice and clean, but it has very poor lighting. The shower was small, but clean. The AC works, and isn't obnoxiously loud. The traffic noise level isn't too horrible at night.
⚠️Update: the beds do not have fitted sheets, just regular ones tucked in. But they're too small (as shown in the picture). And the AC is quite loud. At a hotel with such a reputation, you would expect better quality. The service is good though.
So much fun! Very family friendly, water level at its highest is 5 feet (and only at the back of the wave pool!) Great lazy river, plenty of tubes and lifejackets, amazing scan and go system, very fairly priced locker rental, plenty of bathrooms, awesome splash pad, lots to eat and drink, arcade, gift shops, bowling, ropes course, mining. You won't be bored!
