The villas clubhouse is not maintained as well as the serenity place. I find the gym missing items regularly, hardly anyone staffed here besides the lifeguard at the pool and the printer is always having issues. It's a beautiful place and the staff is wonderful but some attention could be used to this clubhouse.
Is a nice club
Spacious & nice. We came out to swim & play on playground. Nice friendly/family atmosphere

Nice community playground for the kids with four swings, two plastic houses with slides, monkey bar, and a a few other things. There's a seating area for the parents. I am not a member of the actual clubhouse and pool though.
Neighborhood cc with outside pool and party rooms
