Title: Enjoyable Visit to Gaithersburg Aquatic Center

Review:
My recent trip to the Gaithersburg Aquatic Center was quite enjoyable. The facility appeared clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus for any aquatic center. The pool varied in depth, starting from 3.5 feet and extending up to 12 feet, and 25 yards long making it suitable for both casual swimmers and those looking to dive. The presence of a diving board added an extra element of fun.

Although the main pool felt a bit small, it was compensated by the inclusion of a separate baby pool, catering to younger visitors. This makes the aquatic center a family-friendly destination, suitable for visitors of all ages. Overall, the Gaithersburg Aquatic Center provides a pleasant and clean environment for a refreshing swim or a relaxing day by the pool.
It’s attached to middle school.
This is not a public pool, It's a private pool that belongs to Foxwood.
Older facility, but priced well and not too crowded usually
I will go plan is getting ready for swimming pool in lifeguard training class for CPR and AED.
For the price not bad... It is a good place to take my kids (8&4). The limited hours is a struggle but the space is clean and not terrible. The showers are open showers and fairly clean. It's an older building so it has old build vibes. It's a city facility it's not bad.
This place is very relaxing and the women that entended us was amazing.
Super-popular swim classes that fill to capacity quickly. Gotta be the early bird, for sure. Instructors are really patient and kind, students come from good families in the Gaithersburg community.
When this pool is open, it’s actually a really nice place to come with the kids and enjoy. I am leaving two starts, BECAUSE THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! Right now it says they are open and they open at 1 PM, it’s a Thursday, the 26th.
I've been going here for a long time, great pool.
That one lifeguard with the cool hair and sunglasses is awesome. I think his name was Miguel or something but I'm not sure.
The actual pool is fine but everything around it is disgusting and unkempt. The entrance looks abandoned and I questioned whether I should even try to enter. Bathrooms are the WORST I’ve ever seen!!!
Absolutely impossible to reserve a lap lane. People reserve lanes then don't show up so the pool is almost always empty and the website shows all lanes reserved. Contacted pool manager about this. Something must be done.
Pool is absolutely filthy, staff is rude and nasty, yelled at us for not having a mask on while on the pool deck, meanwhile may have helped if they had a sign up or told us as we checked in.
Will never come back, absolutely disgusting pool, leaves and dirt all in the pool.
5 stars for Miss Brenda.
She is the swim instructor for my kid and she does so well with little kids. She has more patience yet firm than some of the fill in instructors. She looks like she enjoys what she does.
She has had to be out a couple of times for her excusable reasons and we went as thrilled with the other.

There is another swim class/ instructor at the same time and he seems just as invested in these kids as Miss Brenda. I don't know his name but he is older. I look forward to what he can teach my kid in the next level!
I took some kids to the pool they had a good experience. A kid was drowning and the life guard saved his life. Safe and experienced lifeguards there.
Great pool for kids to learn to swim. Not crowded on the weekends, cheap entrance fee. Nothing fancy (no slides or stuff like that). Very clean.
Worst shower rooms ever! Have not been cleaned and soap dispensers are empty. Took a class for my 3 year old son, it didn't look like a shower/ bathrooms in USA! I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Because I can swim all round the year as it is indoors and is well maintained. But the only major shortcoming is the water in the showers which is scalding hot, impossible to take a bath. I have to go home in my wet costume in order to take a proper bath with soap and or shampoo.
