Perfectly cooked steak (temperature)! Flavour profile is pretty basic though without much to differentiate it. Caesar salad dressing isn't Caesar? (Std yogurt vs traditional? I'll ask next time) I'll try again this week. Likely just a rare miss.
Lovely setting and a good steak (missed some oomph and charcoal taste, tbh). Decent (not awesome) options of cuts. The house red wine is very good. The desserts are also good.

A cosy and quiet place. Food was average. Portion was reasonable. Ordered beef, beer and tea. Price was the costlier side. There was no breakdown of the food items when we paid.

Overall, the poor service and failure to meet basic customer expectations make it difficult to recommend this establishment. As compensation, they did remove the cost of my steak from the bill. However, their persistent attempts to offer schnapps in a pushy manner added to the discomfort of the situation.

Das Nord überzeugt immer wieder mit fantastischem Essen und super Stimmung. Ob man mal eben kurz etwas allein bestellen möchte oder in großer Runde den Abend verbringt, das Lokal ist immer eine gute Wahl.

Szenelokal für Metalheads und co. Essen ist sehr lecker und Preiswert. Getränkepreise sind ebenfalls vertretbar. ACHTUNG es geht nur Barzahlung. Darauf wird mmn. Etwas zu deutlich hingewiesen ^^

Da soweit alles nett war, kam ich gegen 20 Uhr wieder. Dieses Mal widmete ich mich zum Nachtisch den Cocktails. Ein Long Island Ice Tea und ein Mai Tai. Beide lecker. Inzwischen war auch die Musik um Längen besser. Es waren immer noch die selben 2 netten Menschen im Dienst.
Werde wiederkommen, sollte ich nochmals nach Essen kommen. 🤠

Closed at 10pm, advertised as close at 1am. Owner says they are still open. I went into a near empty room at 2145, bar said they were closing. Group of normal folks
Bin gerne hier vor einem Konzert was essen und trinken gegangen, heute war wohl das letztemal, komme aus Bonn meist angereist und kenne mich nicht so aus da war die location immer prima, Essen Leute service nice und direkt an den Event locations wo ich hin wollte, Heute war ich wieder mal alleine, wartete noch auf eine Begleitung habe mich wetter bedient wie andere Einzelpersonen an einen 4er Tisch gesetzt, kurz darauf kam eine Dame vom Service fragtecwieviel wir seine ich antwortete 2, dann könne ich da nicht sitzen au h wenn ich essen würde, ich könne mich ins viel zu laute leere nörd hen nebenan setzen oder als Nichtraucher raus in die Kälte zu den Rauchern, großartig, auch auf die Frage ob noch wo ein Platz frei wäre meinte sie für dich hier eher nicht... Schade ich hab mich dann raus gesetzt weil ich noch unbedingt vor dem Konzert was essen wollte, aber ichwerde wohl zwangsläufig mir einen anderen Laden suchen, weil das war nicht nett und auch nicht freundlich, die Bedienung draußen war sehr nett hat aber die Situation runter gespielt leider, kein Verständnis das man nicht mit Rauchern essen will und sich für die Situation, sehr Schade, mochte es da aber ich fühle mich so auch nicht willkommen... :( Dennoch ist das Essen gut

Ware an deinem Dienstag Abend vor Ort das Ambiente ist eine typische Rockerkneipe. Das Essen ist einfacher Art aber dafür sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und einladend. Was überzeugt ist die Qualität des Essens im Vergleich zu dem Preis. Die Portionen sind gut gewählt und nicht zu wenig. Kann ich nur empfehlen wem das Ambiente auf schlicht und „Rockig“ gefällt
Tolle Cocktails, mit viel Liebe gemacht- das sieht man selten. Zudem sind die Barkeeper sowas von nett und zuvorkommend. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher jedes Mal wieder wenn wir im Essen sind. Macht weiter so 👍🏻❤️

Nach 20 Jahren mal wieder im Nord und mir kam es wie eine Zeitreise vor 😀. Für Sonntag Abend entsprechend leer aber zu fünft ausreichend Platz gefunden. Das Essen (Schnitzel) war excellent und hat allen geschmeckt. Nette Leute und bekannt nordige Atmosphäre. Die Comedy Show war excellent und hat den Abend rund gemacht, gerne wieder (und nicht erst in 20 Jahren... 😂)

War zum vierten Mal dort essen, dieses Mal mit 9 Personen. Alle waren mit ihrem Essen sehr zufrieden! Der Service hat sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige Manko finde ich ist die Lautstärke der vielen Gäste im Restaurant. Vielleicht durch die hohen Decken wird das noch verstärkt. Haben im Sommer auch schon draußen gesessen und auch da war das Essen sehr gut. Als in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Good atmosphere inside, not loud music and pretty chill and dark. Food in general was tasty, but Fajitas with steaks and chicken had a really small amount of meat (can see on picture), mostly veggies, isn't worth the price. Keep in mind you are also only getting 4 pieces of small tortillas, so u will be left with a decent amount of lefover fillings for them. The burger was big, juicy, spicy and tasted well. Cappuccino being served prettily.

It's a Mexican style German Restaurant where you can relax in an informal place with friends drinking a good beer. Staff is kind, we were lot of people without reservation but we got the table in the main room..probably they have few people in the kitchen then to get the food we waited quite a lot but, overall was a pleasant stay. Food is OK, cold beer more. OK with friends, right in the calm city centre of the lazy Essen😅

The food was good. Service was good. Was not too crowded so got a place very quickly. It's a good place and is little expensive but if planning for a special day or so, its a good place to add to the day plan.

The food is ok the portions are big and the service is fast unfortunately they use many prepared items and the guacamole was bought. The cocktails, virgin or not we're fabulous. The decorations are cool and the outside seeding was in a nice ambient lighting. All in all if you want texmex it is ok if you want a cool bar with great cocktails and snacks perfect

This was the only open bar near my hotel, so I decided to walk over and check it out. At first, everything seemed OK, but after about one hour, apparently I was too old to be in the bar and was asked to leave. I bought 2 beers while I was there and was just standing and sitting off to the side watching the crowd,

Lovely Mexican restaurant located near Limbecker Platz. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Very pleased with vegetarian options in all varieties. The food was very fresh and tasty. The location and atmosphere was great. Would definitely eat here again!!

Grillo Theater ist einfach super, ich mag das Ambiente sehr. Auch was die Wahl des Ensembles und des Repertoire betrifft - es stimmt einfach. Alleine deswegen lohnt es sich, nach Essen zu kommen.

Ein Geschmackserlebnis! Egal welches Gericht, bisher alles überraschend und gut. Für zwischendurch empfehle ich den erfrischenden Fattoush-Salat. Das Dressing ist einmalig.
Erst wurde das falsche Wasser geliefert (mit statt ohne Kohlensäure). Mein Latte kam ohne Zucker, nachdem ich nachgefragt habe wurde mir versprochen das er mir gebracht wird, dies passiert 20 Minuten nicht. Auf die Rechnung haben wir dann nochmal 20 Minuten gewartet und sind dann schließlich zur Bar gegangen um dort zu bezahlen. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Nice little cafe in the midst of the city, yet within a sorta-backyard surrounded by trees. Old and unique furniture give it a peculiar atmospher. The cocktails are good too. All in all a laid back and welcoming place

Wir haben am Freitag den 77. Geburtstag meiner Mutter im Restaurant am Park gefeiert und waren rundum zufrieden.
Das Essen war köstlich und hochwertig. Die Bedienung war nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Lokation ist gedien, hell, modern aber dennoch mit freundlichem, stilvollen Flair. Es gab eine gute Weinauswahl und Beratung von Seiten der Bedienung bei Fragen. Der Preis lag unter unseren Erwartungen und war mehr als angemessen. Abend hätte nicht schöner sein können, zumal wir ihn im kleinen Kreis noch an der Theke ausklingen ließen.

Newly opened restaurant. Good quality meat. Ambiance is very nice. Lots of space inside. So tables aren't crammed next to each other. Dessert was lovely. Especially the hot applecrumble.

Super Lokation, normale Küche, gestresste Bedienung, völlig überteuert!!!!!! Wenn der Park nicht wäre, muss man sich die Küche nicht antun.
The cocktails are pretty good but on the expensive side. The mix of alcohol and other ingredients is up to standard. The food is most sufficient and fills with good tastes. However the beef in the wrap was a bit overdone; not really nice.
Super ruhiger Ort inmitten der Hektik der Stadt. Sehr gutes Essen, leckere Kleinigkeiten zu Essen und gute Weine. Die Angestellten sind nett und das Ambiente unschlagbar, sehr sehr nett eingerichtet und bequem.

Sehr entspanntes Sitzen auf der Terrasse mit dem Blick in den Stadtpark. Leckeres Essen, Scampi vom Grill sind sehr zu empfehlen!
