Very nice restaurant and the people are also very nice. For short stay and lunch is perfect!
We went there because we saw it has good reviews but…… everything was pretty bad.
Starting for the food, we had to wait for 45min for 2 dishes, we ordered spring rolls and they were frozen ones, they taste disgusting after the red curry I ordered was water, didn’t taste like anything, vegetables weren’t nice, it was completely disgusting.
We order as well stair fried rice with duck and they gave us the wrong one witj shrimps. After waiting for too long we didn’t even wanna change it because we were starving.
Staff was nice but they don’t even pay you attention.
I would not recommend this place if you wanna eat good thai food.

Ich finde, die Nudelsuppen hier sind total lecker. Zuerst war ich vom Geschmack der Seafood Tomyum Nudelsuppe beeindruckt. Dann habe ich Rind-Nudelsuppe probiert, die auch lecker war. Außerdem war der Glasnudelsalat mit Meeresfrüchten auch gut. Der Preis ist angemessen, was auch der großen Portion der Gerichte entspricht. Der Service ist nicht nur gut, sondern auch prompt. Die Dekoration des Restaurants ist toll, so dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühle.
Wir waren zum Mittagessen da. Das Ambiente ist okay, man könnte da schon noch etwas tun.
Wirkt wie ein imbiss. Der Service ist sehr gut und vor allem freundlich! Das essen hat mir geschmeckt, man konnte am Tisch auch noch nachwürzen, ganz wie man es möchte , schärfer oder saurer. Dazu gibt es eine Tafel wo alles drauf steht mit dem würzen.
Der eistee schmeckt in Thailand etwas anders, deswegen würde ich nicht traditioneller thailändischer eistee dazu sagen!.
Die Preise sind auch gut, nicht zu teuer.

Take a long time to order and check out even when there is not too many people. Not a suitable restaurant for lunch.
This place was full for lunch on Saturday. However we were able to get the table. Dishes were prepared and served quickly! TomYam was great. Big portion with a lot seafood. I would say this portion is for 2 persons. Taste is really balanced and spicy.
Glass noodles salad with seafood was also not bad.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Preise sind angemessen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach.
Top Thai Nudelsuppe. Sehr grosse Portionen. Preis/Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach. Unbedingt den Eistee von ihnen probieren. Personal freundlich. Ich kann auf jeden Fall empfehlen, hier mal vorbeizuschauen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, denn sie haben noch mehr Gerichte, die ich gerne noch probieren möchte!

Bisher die beste Thai-Nudelsuppe die ich kenne. Alle Nudelsuppen sind zu empfehlen und mit den Gewürzen am Tisch (Rohrzucker, Chili-Öl, Chili-Flocken und gemahlenen Erdnüssen) je nach Geschmack anpassbar. Mein persönlicher Favorit in allen Punkten des Geschmacks ist hier aber die Nummer 3, die Seafood-Nudelsuppe. Alle Mitarbeitenden im Lokal sind sehr freundlich und die Zubereitung, sowie Bedienung mit Essen und Getränken sehr zügig aber ordentlich.
Wer Suppen, oder insbesondere Nudelsuppen mag sollte die Gelegenheit nicht aus lassen einen kurzen Besuch bei Chada Thai zu machen.
Eine klare Empfehlung, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit ✌️

Das Essen war ein Hammer! Leider kam unsere Vorspeisen um ca 10 Minuten versetzt und unser Hauptgang bereits als meine Partnerin endlich ihre Vorspeise erhalten hat 30 Sekunden danach.. Das war ungeschickt. Sonst top!
Well we went to this restaurant while staying in Saint Louis. A decent vietnamese restaurant with a lot of choices. There is really everything for everyone!
Very unfriendly experience. It felt like they didnt want me there. No questions engaged. Not allowed to pay by card even though they had the machine and would not tell me if there is a minimum amount needed to pay by card. Food was ok.
Aaaaaaamazing taste and amazing location. We had been for the lunch time which they offer for a special price. It was so delicious and the service was amazing!

Best Asian place we've found so far in Freiburg. Nice location, welcoming atmosphere (we loved the sublime saxophone renditions of popular tunes playing in the background), great food. German wasn't our strong point, but they had enough English to help us make fantastic choices. We'll definitely recommend the King prawns :-))

The menu talks alot about how everything is so authentic and the flavors are super important. I don't know... I'm crazy about Thai food but this one felt cheap.

A very popular restaurant in town. The lunch menu with appetizer is better value and with quite many choices.
My family tried five dishes. I would say they are good at Thai or Vietnam style of dishes, but Japanese dishes are more "Germanized". The only raw fish quality I think that is better is Salmon in the mixed Sashimi platter. And alas the rice of a nigiri sushi is really too firmed and hard.
Service is generally friendly and nice. What I favored most is the speed! You don't have to wait for a long time from order , dishes served to payment in such a well decorated restaurant.
If the drink prices could be more friendly (one House Ice tea for 7 euro!), I would be more willing to visit again to have non-Japanese dishes.

Waitress's altitude is the worst I have ever made. All I ask is an extra plate I want to share with my Child. the waitress said I didn't order enough meals. First ever experienced in my life and among Thai people. what a shame!

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen ist frisch und schnell fertig. Die Tom Kha Gai ist sehr gut und mit viel frischer einlage.
Das Phad Grapau mit Ente war sehr lecker, viel frisches Gemüse, knusprige Ente, und eine würzige Sauce mit einer dezenten Schärfe.
Einziger Nachteil sind die Parkmöglichkeiten, aber das hindert mich nicht gerne wieder zu kommen.

The place was really good. The noodles with chicken is a must try. It was delicious. We also had rice with beef and that also was super tasty. You should give it a try.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Essen war sehr lecker. Hat sehr an Thailand erinnert. Beste Massaman Curry. Auch die Suppe mit Glasnudeln und gebratenes Gemüse mit Hühnchen waren sehr lecker und man wird mehr als satt. Die Bedingungen sind freundlich und nett. Der Gastraum ist etwas kahl und es lieg leider keine Musik, dennoch kommen wir sehr gerne wieder 😊
The tables art from this place are amazing. The food is delicious, do not expect outstanding flavours, but they do the job well.
I found it great that even on a Saturday afternoon they serve lunch menu price options. I ordered M20 (spicy tofu curry for around 9,50€) and it was delicious. The lichee drink for 6,50€ seemed a bit on the expensive side. But overall was a wonderful dining experience. I recommend the place.

Food are delicious. I enjoyed every bit of it and so my boyfriend too. Staff were nice. Ambiance is cool and quite refreshing. Will go here again if i go back in Freiburg again 😊 very much recommended 👍

Very nice terrace with an amazing atmosphere. The cocktails are also very good, especially the ones with fruit juices. We had sushi and it was very fresh and tasty. We also had some prawn dish, which is not for the weak - it was not supposed to be spicy, but if you don't eat spicy regularly, you will feel it strong :)

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war auch sehr gut. Das einzige was mich nervte war, dass ich ca 30 Minuten auf mein Essen warten musste. Aber es war auch Muttertag und deswegen sehr viel los. Ich kann den Laden empfehlen, hier macht man nichts falsch.
Dieses Restaurant ist eine der drei meine lieblings Restaurants in Freiburg, ich war vor kurzem in Thailand und das Essen schmeckt genauso gut so wie Dort.. die Bedienung ist Klasse und die Kellnerin sind super freundlich, kann man auch zu mit nähmen bestellen, die Preise sind voll in Ordnung. Fünf volle Sterne für mich!!

Nice little place for lunch with thai specialities in affordable price! Good service and good amount of portion! Would recommend for quick lunch!
Me and my wife ordered the peanut chicken and coconut curry and they were both delicious! The flavor was very rich and it was plenty of food! They did have a less rice:curry ratio than I remember when I was here 4 years ago.
For non-German speaking visitors, they don't have an English menu but the staff was very friendly and can speak very good English to help you with the menu!
