The conditions are VERY good for NYC. The layout is fun as well. I can tell there is a lot of effort being put into this course. Love it!
However, I went on a Monday and it was a 6.5 hour round... No ranger or efforts to speed up play. More importantly there was no way to get water or food on the course at all. I had to drive all the way back to the pro shop to avoid dying of heat exhaustion. Lastly, for one person driving a cart on a weekday, it seemed expensive.
