BEWARE: NEW OWNER, 부적절한 스키다시, LACKLUSTER MANAGEMENT, AND DISRESPECT:
My parents and family have been going for 15 years. My mom is the type of person to give 25% tip and more to people when they do right by her, and we stuck by this establishment for many years out of her positive experiences and loyalty. Today, we learned that the owner switched and they asked for a new policy where they required a tip for a party of 4 people. A waitress who thought herself highly ran out chasing us for five dollars of tip and admonished my mother.
I am severely disappointed and genuinely upset at their behavior and the lack of quality in people AND food with this new owner. I’ve lived here my whole life and don’t do this often from supporting local establishments, but a word to wise Korean Americans who live here: DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THE OWNER SWITCHES AGAIN.
