One star and that is generous A minus would be realistic I have been shopping here for many many years and cannot believe how bad it is now over the last nine months or so it has got worse and worse One checkout open if you are lucky with trollies queueing halfway up the aisle opposite No staff on shop floor to help Queues at customer service horrendous So many empty spaces on shelves and often wrong prices when you get to check out because no staff checking prices I talk to the staff and the ones who are left are so fed up but darent say Shift Managers great but top Manager (s) here never to be seen Stuck in her office on Instagram ? They have lost so many customers and dont seem to care I think the store is being run down ready to close At the moment it must be the worst run Asda in the country Why do Head Office not sort this out ?

I was in again this morning at 10.15 am and it was worse than ever NO tills open Self scan for small baskets not open so only 8 self scan tills for large trollies and customers with baskets having to wait behind them Long queues No Managers anywhere -again= why are the store Managers never on the shop floor ?? Staff were SHOUTING at customers to get in queues Pathetic Worst Asda store ever Staff said it was because it was early morning !! 10.15 am !!
