A wonderful bakery, with lots of options both sweet & savory! The employees are also very kind. Do yourself a favor and try their massa sovada sweet bread - it's absolutely divine, and if you leave it for a few days it makes the world's tastiest french toast.
A fairly small but wonderfully curated museum, with a focus on local history and artists and really thoroughly designed exhibits. When I visited, the historical women's fashion exhibit and the 50's through 70's galleries were wonderful and well worth the trip.

You won't need too long to see the entire museum, which is only one floor. Maps are available at the front desk but you may need to request one.
I'm always happy to get a fancy beverage, and their cottontail drink was lovely (a milk drink with fruit syrups and whipped cream). The two cheesecake slices we also bought were fantastic and very quickly devoured (about 8$ for each slice).

When we went, late afternoon on a weekday, there was plenty of seating and the cafe itself was cozy and nicely decorated. If I were in the area longer, I would definitely go back!

Best bakery in the neighborhood! Their Croque Monsieur sandwiches are to die for, and their coffee is perfectly made. They have a massive selection of breads, cakes, sandwiches, and pastries - all reasonably priced. The small sizes for their drinks are quite generous!

There's also a very cozy back area with seating, as well as bar seating along the streetside windows, which makes it a great place to go for lunch!
Exceeded our expectations! Tons of ancient Elymian artifacts, plus later Greek & Phoenician artifacts from Palermo's early years, and a pretty gardened courtyard to take a break in between exhibits. A significantly larger collection than we expected, too.
