I was very very surprised that this food was prepared & cooked by non middle eastern people a completely different ethnicity & completely different heritage employees, but actually their food tastes, and look even much better than food prepared & cooked by original middle eastern people with same heritage & original ethnicity same as the food .
Those non middle eastern, different ethnicity employees cooked & prepared middle eastern food better than middle eastern people themselves in other restaurants

But meat portions is so little even if you order large. Their large size is exactly the regular size meat at other teriyaki places. They have 2 sizes. Regular & large.

Their regular size will feed a little person with little tummy, but will not fill a normal size american with normal size tummy.
Their prices are considered really high due the little miniscule meat portions they serve. For the same prices, or little cheaper you get more meat & bigger portions at other teriyaki places in the same area like Teriyaki House & others ( Almost double the meat)

Little dine in lounge. Feel crowded. Too many tables. But for take out is perfect. Parking is easy

Convenient location, busy place & parking lot. Prepare to park a bit far from the entrance.
Small lounge, but enough for 3 to 4 tables. Better order to go.

Prices are high compared to the quantity, and the portions of food you get. But may be because the location is in this very nice very expensive lovely city of Bellevue.
But will still come back to try their other dishes, and don't mind paying for their over priced food. It is healthy, and it is good, but not excellent.

Sorry to say that. But it is the truth.
The place is nice, clean, but did not come here just to sit in the place. We came to grap a good sandwich on many occasions. Every single time the food, the flavor, and the service were disappointing. And every time we say let's give them another chance. But they never improved.
Even their sriracha hot sauce was diluted with water. Had no flavor, just runny red color.
The owners should try the food they serve to their customers, to see if it meet the standards they intended or not
We came in looking forward to eating a good meal, but their mediocre food closed our appetite. We couldn't even finish half of it . We throw away the rest. What a waste of time, money, and food
