Very poor service
Gracious staff. Karen, the building manager is excellent at what she does. She is kind, a great listener and problem solver. The building is clean and well maintained. The are ADA compliant which has been an important issue for me .
Has a large laundry room, decent swimming pool although there are parents that do not supervise their children.
In my book this building deserves 5 stars. .
Recently moved here and have had nothing but heartache. New management is beyond the pale . Does not address pertinent issues. Will not meet with anyone not worth her time. Runs away when real problems exist .
I am handicapped and cannot do steps, steep inclines ...this building does not abide by the ADA laws, this manager named Charity Ave Llamant
Refuses to address this.
I use an mobility assistance device and cannot access the beautiful path and swimming pool in the rear of the building...I have seen a woman having to carry her wheelchair down stone steps. Hazardous! Young mother's with strollers that cannot access the path and pool as well due to inaccessiblity. As another lady said there are rodents
And the trash areas are overflowing. The maintenance men spend more time rearranging furniture in the lobby instead of helping those in need. The noise reverberate s in this building...children run up and down the hallways with seemingly no one monitoring them. Smoking is an issue and the elevator
Smells like pot. .
Poorly managed..look elsewhere!!
I love swimming in a peaceful clean pool. Too crowded, too much ball playing which is dangerous as I have gotten hit in the head. There is plenty of space to play football on the grass.
