Got a last moment appointment here to get my passport application in- the service was prompt, and facilities were cozy. Uli was so helpful walking me through the whole process- I highly recommend him! :) Book your appointments very early as there is often a months-long waistlist, and make sure to check online that you've brought all the required materials (and photocopies!).

Pretty good shave ice! Very fast service too and lots of yummy menu options. Wish you could choose your own split flavor combos though and that the mochi they served was the freshly boiled round kind not powdered shelf stable kind. Fruit variety was tasty though and was happy to see the Taiwanese dessert soup options- gotta try those next time :)

Traditional Hawaiian food is always a bit pricy but the poi here was absolutely delicious and all the food very 'ono. It's a great way to try several different dishes. Especially loved the squid luau and the triple tomato stew - both so flavorful!

Really enjoyed my tsukemen! The black garlic tonkotsu broth is super flavorful, rich and salty, so it's nice to be able to control how much I get with each bite of noodles. And those noodles are superior - the perfect chewy, bouncy texture. The soft boiled egg had a perfectly gooey yolk and those pork slices are HEFTY. Also quite enjoyed the crispy shrimp bao. Definitely would recommend for any of your ramen cravings! :)

Just dang good loaded $14 plate lunches, with all the Chinese-American style classics. 2 starches and 2 entrees lets you cover some decent ground- today we got mushroom chicken and sweet & sour chicken (very soggy tho) with lap cheong fried rice and plain chow fun, and everything was great and satisfied the craving! Their baked char siu manapua are freaking delicious too, especially when warm and with that sticky-sweet glaze on top! Limited parking out front.
