Really nice place, not too busy. Food and drink are ridiculous prices. Cafe we queued up to order food and drinks and was told could only buy drinks had to sit at tables and wait for staff to take food order, noone arrived! Lots of information about the animals and they seemed really well cared for.
Bob sleigh ride is pretty awesome felt sorry for the one man doing it all though. Photos were very overpriced also. I did not like them putting the birds in your arms as soon as you walked in, I declined and he was still pushing it on me.

Awesome place, parades are incredible. Lots of space for time away from the busyness and noise.
App great for checking queue times however queue times are very long pretty much all of the time.
Nighttime fireworks and shows are amazing.
3 hour queue for a photo with character !
