If you’ve heard of, or been referred to The Charles and comments include, beautiful, amazing service or exquisite cusine; They’re all true! Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I’ve enjoyed in Dallas, and I’ve enjoyed many amazing places. From the moment you arrive to Valet, and the hostess, you’re greeted with the warmest of greetings. You’ll appreciate the teamwork every member of the staff, right to the GM, exude, to assure your experience is amazing. Our server Austin was so knowledgeable and warm, our time enjoying our fabulous cuisine and cocktails passed far too quickly. The Charles enjoys a diverse clientele, both in demographic and attire. The eclectic dining area with its open kitchen and stylish bar are petite in size, arousing memories of the ambiance of fine dining cars of luxury railways. Not to be outdone, they’ve even managed to incorporate through the kitchen, a speakeasy (Bar Charles) that elevates the vibe of the night, while maintaining the same amazing service, and dining experience. You can always visit for cocktails, however, If you’re on a tight budget, the full Charles experience may be one you’ll save for a special occasion; it will be so worth it. From Sneakers to Stilettos! For 20+ years Candleroom bar has been welcoming those craving upbeat entertainment, from diverse demographics, offering different genres of music throughout their week. Similar to many clubs/lounges in Dallas, Miami Vibes are now promoted, complete with flared bottle service, and LED Presenter Signs. Although the layout, nor design offer anything awe inspiring, Candleroom Dallas maintain’s a certain level of nightlife charm. Never a fan of armless banquette, or bench like seating that encourage squatting on their backs, nor non-clearly defined reserved areas, especially when little common area is available for partiers. I am however a huge fan of bartenders such as Whitney, who have years with an establishment, share their history, and make you feel right at home. Because sharing is caring, I’ll share this partier beware; because of aforementioned design details, it’s incredibly important to have well trained, and respectful security. Candleroom Dallas absolutely has some work to do in this area, and recognize there are reasons patrons grace your doors, or not! Xoxo Lorenzo!

Midnight rambler never disappoints!
Each time I visit, I experience a place that’s both familiar, and refreshing. The familiarity of the upscale vintage design is a perfect complement to the amazing cocktails and cuisine served by bartenders such as Zack, and midnight ramblers attention to detail from the door to its servers. However the eclectic clientele, and funky beats keep the Vibes fresh daily. If you’re fortunate, you’ll visit on a night when the final layer of drapes are open, taking the night to anther level with Midnight Rambler’s clandestine bar; I hope I’m there with you, Xoxo Lorenzo!

The first time I visited Atlas Bishop Arts, I was shopping at Spinster Records, and decided to stop in for a cocktail. I wasn’t expecting anything I experienced! Although the space is tight, the warm, and artistic design feels roomy, but cozy; this with the eclectic clientele makes everyone feel right at home. I spent most of my first night at Atlas Bishop Arts, in their hidden bar; any mystery movie would enjoy. If you’re a craft cocktail person, beer or top shelf guy like myself they have it all, and for fair prices, I must add; served by a staff that’s Amazing! I waited to visit Atlas Bishop Arts, a few times, both during the week, and weekend before writing my review, to fairly share the Vibe! Weekends are definitely more hype, but visiting Atlas Bishop Arts, during the week won’t disappoint! Enjoy your cocktails, and new friends! Xoxo Lorenzo
