The food was delicious, offering a variety of flavors that delighted my taste buds. However, the staff's attentiveness could improve, as service was a bit slow. The beverage selection also needs enhancement.

The restaurant's environment was pleasant and clean, but it could benefit from better lighting. Overall, with some improvements in service and drinks, Rootage could become a top dining choice in Udaipur.
