Exploring the various shrines on the Basilica complex was like embarking on a sacred journey, each step deepening my appreciation for the miracles and blessings associated with Our Lady of Guadalupe. The atmosphere of prayer and reflection at the chapels dedicated to different aspects of Our Lady's intervention.

The garden walk surrounding the Basilica provided a peaceful respite amidst the bustling environment, allowing me to immerse myself in moments of contemplation and gratitude.

The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is a pilgrimage destination that truly embodies the essence of Catholic devotion. The spiritual energy and the vibrant faith of the people who visit this holy site are inspiring. It is a place where one can witness the transformative power of faith and experience the loving presence of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Such a wonderful refuge to decant from a day of city surfing. The park is a relaxing place to catch up on your reading, have a great conversation with some friends or simply for a bit of people watching. It’s also the perfect spot for skating or rollerblading.

Never a dull moment at the museum. Entry is free and there are regular rotations of the exhibitions. The staff are also super helpful and there are lockers downstairs to store your stuff (be sure to have some coins though). There is also a restaurant on site and one of the floors offers stunning views of the Soumaya Museum and glass-clad edifices in panorama.
