Terravision malpensa
WOW, I am amazed.
The driver of our coach was VERY rude to multiple people getting on the coach.
First, he SHOUTED at a man not to bring his drink on. The man said it was only water, the driver said no it wasn't only water, it had some color, so he is not allowed on.
Second, he SHOUTED at a man to put his VERY SMALL hardcase suitcase in the luggage holder. The man politely explained it had fragile electronics and the driver said he doesn't care, these are my rules, and if you don't like them, get off the bus. The man placed his case in the luggage area, but the driver then asked the assistant outside not to allow him on (he said this in Italian, but I understood). The assistant said this was not possible as the mans ticket was pre-paid internet.
I have never seen/heard a person be so rude to customers, on any bus/coach/train/plane .... This driver should lose his job.
This was the 4pm coach from Centrale to Malpensa.
