The Livingston Manor covered bridge is a one lane, 5-ton covered bridge. It is in excellent condition. Prior to entering the bridge, give a little honk. Note that there are no lights inside the bridge, pedestrian access probably not recommended. The park next to the bridge has multiple picnic tables, a wide lawn for playing and a parking lot.
98 Food Court

Dim sum at 98 food court is pretty good. Lacks the experience of all the aunties with carts, but gets you a high quality fix quickly. Some dishes may not be the crispiest (so that they can serve you faster) so if that's important to you, ask. I ordered a haw gow shrimp dumpling, ham sui gok (fried savory mochi dumpling). The menu is diverse, with noodle, veggies, rice dishes in addition to dim sum.

Also stopped by the Pin Cafe bakery and grabbed egg tarts, a cream cake swiss roll, a macaron.

Other vendors open on a Saturday morning include Gai Kitchen (fried chicken, spring rolls, appetizers) and Yun Wo Dou Bun (tofu, soy milk, sweet tofu, friend noodles, soy sauce eggs). Two other vendors open later in the day include Sanmiwago Taiwanese Dumpling House and Domo Sushi.

Tourist friendly. Has restrooms and many tables to eat.
Peaceful, green, cool grounds on Pratts campus with some of the best in class, modern, outdoor sculptures. I brought some colored pencils and sketched on the grounds for a couple hours. Friendly for walking about with small kids as long as you don't climb or touch the sculptures. Free! Cultural! Zen!
Usually very clean, well loved, well maintained playground. One side is for larger kids to climb and slide, six swings, and a smaller toddler play ground and swing. Staff are good at cleaning up several times a day and say hello. Summer has a big sprinkler fountain. Can get a bit rowdy when its crowded.
Dear Caroline Frost, photographer extraordinaire, and sweetest wedding vendor ever,

How can I ever thank you enough for the wonderful wedding photos you captured for Perry L and me? For your proactive assurance that every little detail would be fine, enthusiastic can-do attitude, infinite kind patience, and willingness to jump in and have fun? For your honesty, gentleness, and forthrightness in a crazy wedding industry? And most of all, for your artistic, down to earth, romantic vision that just set your photographs apart from the pack?

You were prepared at every single one of our meetings, with check lists, sample books, and a big smile. The engagement shoot was so much fun, even for introverts like Perry and me. And by the time the big day came, we were so comfortable in front of your camera. We hesitated about doing a first look but after you convinced us, it was absolutely the best part of the wedding day and some of my favorite shots. Your communication was impeccable and timely. You made the whole process joyful, full of small surprises, and reminded us why we were getting married in the first place. In addition, your personality made it so easy for you to blend in with the wedding guests and I really hope you had fun with us!

Even after the wedding, you continued to delight us in delivering photos quickly and throwing us a little viewing party. I loved the fantastic web gallery and album drafting tools you used - they were super easy and intuitive. Our album is phenomenal. The thank you cards were exactly what we wanted. And every single one of your shots is true to your style and vision. It was so EASY and FUN to work with you!

I apologize profusely for taking so long to write how much I admire the work you did and for not shouting it from the rooftops sooner. You are so talented, and I couldn't be happier with the memories we made that day.

Love and kisses,
Suanne L
