Great place for amazing 360-degree views of DC areas. It's free and no reservation is needed. You just need to show your id and walk through a security gate. We visited this hidden gem in the morning at 8:30 am. It's completely empty. On their website, you can also schedule your private event like a wedding there. Definitely worth a recommendation.
