The museum is fairly small. You can see everything in about 30 minutes or less. Admission for adults is $10. Sadly, they don't offer discounts for teachers. I was the only person in the gallery, and it seemed like all the security guards were constantly staring at me. It made me a little uncomfortable.

We had such a great time! They had some great rock bands, and the place was packed. It was such a good vibe. The bartenders were fabulous. The drinks were delicious. They were pricey, but that's the norm on Miami Beach. Parking can be a challenge, but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hidden garden. It was completely empty when we went. There are some picnic benches around. The water fountains didn't work so bring your own water.

I'm a history buff and I love local history. The house is beautiful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but she wasn't very engaging so I found the tour to be pretty boring.

The building itself is beautiful. I wish visitors were allowed to go to the top. The exhibit about Cuban immigration is interesting but a little bare. I really enjoyed the exhibit about European exploration in the new world. The contemporary art exhibit on the 2nd floor was a little strange.
