Troy Sage

Beautiful conservation wetlands in West Leederville. Fantastic for walks, fitness, cycling, and picnics.
There's a massive amount of wildlife, including the iconic swans,as well as board walks, playgrounds, bmx bowls, toilet facilities, and most times, some food trucks.
The reserve is mostly shaded under a canopy of native bush land and set around a beautiful lake.
Allow an hour to complete the circuit.
It's going to be a favourite location for my walks.

Approximately 25min walk.

Beautiful parks and conservation areas, the"Flip it cafe" is a wonderful place for families to relax by the river whilst enjoying the great coffee's and light lunch supplied by friendly staff.
There are toilets and BBQ facilities all around the parks and a beautiful conservation reserve to the west and east.
This is also a dog friendly park with a dog swimming beach.
Worth a look, I regularly walk here.
