A great option for vegan Mexican food! I’m not vegan but my friend couldn’t eat meat tonight due to a holiday so we chose this place.

Jalisco razor blade cocktail- mezcal, cucumber, lime, agave, cayenne, jalapeño, strong, a little bit spicy, not too sweet, a very good drink. My friend liked her spicy margarita as well.

Guac and chips were fine, pretty standard

California burrito- classic- with slightly sweet mole sauce

Yummy papas fritas. Good sauces.

Didn’t get a photo of the food or drinks. Nice atmosphere. A bit loud noise-wise but not too crazy. Very pretty colors inside.

Service was attentive and polite, one guy noticed I put my jacket on and offered to close the door due to the breeze which was very sweet.

Such a cozy, cute place! Met a friend here for a light dinner and drinks on a Friday night. Definitely gets busy so a reservation is recommended. Really nice atmosphere to catch up with a friend or to go on a date due to the dim lighting, candles, etc. It’s beautiful. I’m not a fan of stool seating without backs, and it was a little warm inside. There is also seating at the bar and some couch seating. Other than that, no complaints. The staff was really nice and helped us choose wine and cheese pairings. The heirloom beet salad, shrimp skewer, and cauliflower dishes were delicious and flavorful, as were the wine, cheese, and bread.

I’d say this is a casual but elevated sports bar. Comfy booths, decent amount of tv’s, plenty of seating. Service was kind, attentive, and very quick. The Caesar salad was good, I added chicken, and my friend really enjoyed the French onion soup and risotto. We had no issues getting a reservation either. Some of the cocktails sounded great but neither of us were in the mood to drink. This is a nice spot, nothing super special about the experience but no complaints either.

Arrive early, as it gets busy and there is always a line! No cover charge Monday-Thursday. Delicious, flavorful food. I enjoyed the lemon drop cocktail. The cod roe spaghetti is amazing. Shrimp shumai, edamame, lobster scallion pancake, croquettes, all good as well. The place is filled with cool trinkets and beautiful mood lighting. Polite and attentive staff. I found it slightly warm inside, and we were seated on stools without backs (seating is very limited) and they only let a few people in at a time as it’s a small place. Those are my only minor complaints. I’m not a huge fan of jazz but this was a nice experience.

A grand bookstore in a former theater. There is a nice cafe with yummy treats, one section of books in English…its pretty and a beautiful spot.
