I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2018, and I really like it. Its ideal for a base to explore Rhodes Town and beyond.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are really comfortable and you get a good night's sleep. There is an option for air con if you need it. The shower in the bathroom is great. No issues with hot water.

Service is great. From the receptionists to those in charge of the breakfast area; nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly.

Location is ideal for me. It's just down the road from the port that Blue Star Ferries use, plus you're central for either the local beach, Zaphyros Beach or Ellie Beach on the other side of the Old Town. You're also near the Old Town - a 5 minute walk.
Really good convenience store. Considering the size of the shop, not a bad choice of goods. Being so central, it's always busy, and the staff do a great job in moving the queues along.
A fitting tribute to the Officers and men that lost their lives during the Korean War from the 1st Battalion, The Royal Ulster Rifles on the 3rd and 4th January 1951.

The monument can be found in the grounds of Belfast City Hall, and is free to view.
A very grand figure of Frederick Temple Hamilton - Temple - Blackwood, cast in bronze, sitting under a four post structure constructed from stone. He was also known as The Marquees of Dufferin and Ava. He was a prominent figure in Victoria Society and a member of the Liberal Party.

Frederick Temple had an illustrious political career. Some notable positions include the following:

He was the Viceroy and Governor-general of India from December 1884 to December 1888.

He was the 3rd Governor of Canada from June 1872 to November 1878.

He was the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster from December 1868 to August 1872.

He was the British Ambassador to France from 1891 to 1896.

Beautiful memorial to the Canadians lost in WWll. The Memorial is located in an area of Green Park Close to Buckingham Palace. The area is tranquil and the is ascentuated by the soft sound of moving water. A nice touch is the prints of Maple Leaves in the memorial. A nice place to visit and contemplate.
