As soon as I checked into this hotel I was in awe of the beautiful surroundings in the lobby and furniture. The place looks grand. The check in process was simple and the receptionist was kind and took our needs into consideration so I appreciate that thank you! Thank you to the staff who work very hard here and the cleaners, those that filled up our complimentary waters daily who were generous. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and the valet service was excellent.
Furthermore, the room is very clean, the sea view rooms are amazing. The beds are the most comfortable i have ever stayed in, very firm and definitely a good nights sleep. The hotel facilities were great and the pool was clean with friendly lifeguards. Location was excellent. We as a family with small children enjoyed our stay here very much and did not want to leave this hotel, the staff going out of their way made a difference to our positive stay. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely come here again in the future. Thank you!
