Updating my review now that I've been multiple times over the years.

The service at shark fin inn has always been fantastic. Highly recommend you get a booking for a table. Walk-in is possible but all times I've been, the restaurant is very full.
The food has a fantastic authentic taste of Chinese cuisine. Everything from the entrees to the mains and deserts are full of flavour.

This long standing restaurant is a must visit for those who want a taste of Chinese cuisines.
