Palazzo Vecchio
An important palace with a ton of history. Today it serves as both city hall of Florence and a museum where you can find part of the Medici art collection.
Ceilings and walls are covered with beautiful paintings. It’s a real treat to walk through the building.
Recommend visiting earlier during the day as it tends to sometimes be crowded with tour groups.

Museo degli Innocenti
Didn’t really have any expectations for this Museum. I mainly visited since it was included with the Firenze Card. Was definitely pleasantly surprised!
The Museum gives you the history of the hospital, which was responsible for the care of abandoned infants and children. The building is considered an important example of early Renaissance architecture. The top floor of the museum also has some beautiful paintings.
Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Uffizi Gallery
A must visit in Florence. Beautiful museum housing important works of the Renaissance.
Recommend going as early as possible to avoid large crowds and have an enjoyable experience. You can easily spend anywhere between 2-4 hours here so plan accordingly!
