A nice statue of President Arthur. Wouldn't make a special visit for it. But if you are near the Flatiron Building or Madison Square Park it is worth going to.

Riverside Park
Riverside Park is fantastic!! So peaceful for walks. Not nearly as crowded as Central Park and you will see more locals at this park along with some great sites throughout the park.
