It is an old graveyard about 300 to 400 years ago. The toms represent 3 types of graves, the one of elite class, secondly the middle class and lastly the poor class. Sindh Government has done well to protect the graveyard, but it's only the graveyard they care about, they don't care about those who are alive. I can bet you, if you visit the surroundings of the graveyard, people are in a miserable condition. Even the dead in the graves are better than who are in the surroundings of the graveyard.
