It's a fine airport. There are buses going straight to London outside the terminal. There are also taxi stands outside.

If you're flying into Stansted from overseas you have to take the shuttle train to get to the border control. It can get pretty hot if you arrive in the middle of the day in the summer so be aware of that.

We ordered roti, chicken biryani, and chicken lollipop. All quite delicious. We paid £19.95.

Easily seen while walking around the new town. £8 adult tickets. It was not busy at all when we walked past on a Friday so don't think you need to buy tickets in advance.

A bit underwhelming. Maybe because you have to walk past the entire Vatican museum first before you reach the Sistine chapel.

Once there it's very crowded.

It's best to rent an audio guide to really appreciate what you're looking at.

Worth visiting. Tickets are €11 per person. We were not able to come up the rooftop cause of the weather and the elevator broke.

There are also toilets inside but with a €1 fee.

There's also a souvenir shop inside that sells shot glasses. Thought that was funny 🤣
