Got a tour down this trail starting in the Commons on a school field trip. We had an absolutely amazing guide who answered questions people in my group hadl. It was conversational and educational. She had a binder put together to help explain, and show the information being given on the tour. I learned a lot about the history in the area and I highly recommend.
The tour is a lot shorter than the actual trail in its entirety. But with the guide explaining the sites (which imo is the most important part), the trail takes around 90 minutes to walk and listen to.

Beautiful murals all around the park and has some wonderful places to sit (as well as actual chairs around the park! rare in boston to have a place who hasn't gotten rid of chairs bc of their hatred of homeless people. points for that!) My favorite spot is directly across the train yard/rails,,, you have overhead shelter from heat and rain and are able to watch trains go by. Very lovely 10/10. We need more urban areas to create these "city/underground" parks in areas that would otherwise look very industrial and very dull,,, while not serving any use to the public.

It's alright. Its a subway. Makes your food quickly though and accepts mobile orders through the subway app which makes things easier in a mall setting.

A bit confusing but employees are super helpful and will tell you where something is if you ask. Has a great discount clothes rack on the women's clothes floor. Was able to find all pieces for an outfit I needed for under $100. Also in a fun downtown area easily accessible by public transportation and with a lot of things to do nearby. Clean inside and had changing rooms open.

The trains are never consistent but the Train station signs do reflect the new times at this station. Which is helpful for when my transit app doesn't. Has a fair amount of staff around so I don't feel worried at night. Only issue I've had with it is a worker giving me a hard time when I lost my wallet and ignoring my questions after a certain point and getting angry at me for sitting in the station while on the phone with Transit Police trying to get it back.
