Food quality is fine, they've started to charge for sauses, which used to be completely free in the past (as part of a meal deal).

Not a huge fan of wooden forks though! It absorbs all the taste from the sause and food! Please go back to plastic!?

Service is quick but I feel like they lack basic business skills such as being polite when answering phone calls.

Not much variety when it comes to picking drinks. They seem to like Orange claver though, Lucozade, orange bar, caprison..
