At first they said they didn't have the product that I asked for, they looked more busy enjoying themselves instead of helping people. The second time we asked for it, they responded irritated as if we did something wrong. We eventually got the product that "they didn't have". Helping people should be part of the job in an electronics store. Next time, I'd rather go to another store..
