Mr Reviewer

So, I walked by this restaurant over the summer and saw how busy it looked so I said to myself that I would give it a try. It's also a bring your own wine restaurant.

I ended up coming here yesterday and outside in the back. It was nice since the roof was open and it was warm out.

When sat down, we had been given bread but unfortunately it was dry. It would of also been nice if they gave proper wine glasses instead of small water glasses. However, we had been given an ice bucket to keep the wine cold.

The chicken skewers had been pretty good although a little strong on the lemon side. The appetizer was good as well but again the bread was dry which made it less enjoyable.

It was nice that we weren't booted after paying the bill. We had been able to stick around to enjoy our wine as the restaurant started winding down.

Overall the food is pretty good! I've read lots of reviews of customers over exaggerating. I'll admit it took awhile for a waiter to server us. The apitizer came pretty fast but the main courses took awhile and we had been two people. We asked for an ice bucket which for some reason took 15-20 min or so to get. Maybe they ran out who knows. The food was great and this was a bring your own wine restaurant. Bread that comes with the table was good and it was unlimited.

The patio was nice. The indoor seating area was nice although the area by the patio was not as nice looking. I'd still come back.

Always a nice place to visit in the summer. Lots of benches and grass to sit on. Only issue I find is that sometimes there's lots of moths around which can be annoying. Other than that, it's a nice place to come for a picnic with the family and friends. You can come and fish here if you would like.

Avoid using the parking lot. Just park on the street for free.

Such a beautiful park to visit. There is a small entrance fee but it's not too much. Lots of trails to choose from. I did Mathews head trail. Very senic and lots to do. Make sure to stop at the visitor center to use the washroom as the other washroom is a little far away.

Was out for a long walk around town and came across this small cider place. Great cider and very friendly! When I'm back in town I'll definitely have to come back as the cider is really good!!

There's a terrace as well to enjoy which makes it even better to enjoy your drink!
